Privacy Policy

Johnny Funds LLC
Effective date: October 20, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Johnny Funds LLC ("Johnny Funds," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit johnnyfunds.cash, use our short links at go.johnnyfunds.cash, fill out our inquiry form, join our email list, or interact with us on social media (together, the "Site").

If you have questions, email us at johnny@johnnyfunds.cash.

1. Who we are and what we do

Johnny Funds is a California based private-capital referral business. We are not a lender. We do not make loans, approve loans, or make credit decisions, and we do not give financial, legal, tax, or investment advice.

What we do is introduce Real Estate Investors and Business Owners to lenders. When an introduction leads to a lender relationship, the lender may pay us a referral fee. You do not pay us anything.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

  • Inquiry form. When you fill out our inquiry form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and the loan details you choose to share (for example, how much you are looking for, what it is for, your type of business, and similar information).
  • Email list. If you sign up for our email list, we collect your email address and any other details the sign-up form asks for (such as your name).
  • Messages to us. If you email us, message us on social media, or otherwise contact us, we collect what you send, including your contact details.

Please do not send us Social Security numbers, bank account numbers, tax returns, or other sensitive financial documents through the Site or by email. If a lender needs that kind of information, it will collect it directly from you through its own process.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site or click one of our links, we and our service providers automatically collect certain information, such as:

  • Device and browser information: IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, and language settings.
  • Usage information: pages you view, how long you stay, links you click, the page that sent you to us, and the date and time of your visit.
  • Approximate location: general location (such as city or region) inferred from your IP address.
  • Campaign information (UTM parameters): tags added to links that tell us which ad, email, post, or website brought you to us.
  • Short-link click data: when you click a link on go.johnnyfunds.cash, we record the click, including the time, referring page, browser and device type, approximate location, and campaign tags.

We collect this information using cookies, pixels, and similar technologies. See Section 5 for details.

Information from others

We may receive information from social media platforms when you interact with our pages or ads, and from advertising and analytics partners (for example, reports about how our ads perform). If a partner lender tells us whether an introduction resulted in a funded loan so we can be paid, we may receive limited information about that outcome.

3. How we use information

We use personal information to:

  • Respond to your inquiry and talk with you about your funding needs.
  • Introduce you to one or more lenders that may be a fit, when you ask us to.
  • Send you emails you signed up for, such as updates and funding tips.
  • Understand how people use the Site and improve its content and design.
  • Measure and improve our advertising and marketing, including on social media.
  • Keep the Site secure and prevent fraud, spam, and abuse.
  • Comply with the law, enforce our terms, and protect our rights and the rights of others.

4. How we share information

We do not rent out our email list. We share personal information only as described below.

  • Partner lenders, to make an introduction. When you submit an inquiry and ask us to connect you with funding, we may share your inquiry details (such as your name, contact information, and loan details) with one or more partner lenders so they can contact you. Once a lender has your information, its use of that information is governed by the lender's own privacy policy.
  • Service providers. We use companies that help us run our business. They may handle personal information on our behalf, under their own terms and privacy policies:
    • Vercel — website hosting
    • Formspree — inquiry form processing
    • MailerLite — email list and newsletters (when launched)
    • Microsoft 365 — business email
    • Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console — site analytics and search performance
    • Dub — short-link management and click tracking on go.johnnyfunds.cash
  • Advertising and social media platforms. If we use the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) pixel or run ads, information about your visits and actions on the Site may be shared with Meta and similar platforms to measure and target ads. See Section 5.
  • Legal and safety reasons. We may disclose information if we believe it is required by law, subpoena, or court order, or needed to protect the rights, property, or safety of Johnny Funds, our users, or others.
  • Business changes. If Johnny Funds is involved in a merger, sale, or transfer of assets, personal information may be transferred as part of that deal. This Privacy Policy will continue to apply to that information unless you are told otherwise.
  • With your permission. We may share information in other ways when you ask us to or agree to it.

5. Cookies, analytics, and advertising

We and our partners use cookies, pixels, and similar tools to run the Site, understand how it is used, and measure our marketing.

  • Google Analytics 4 uses cookies to show us how visitors find and use the Site. You can learn how Google uses this data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites, and you can opt out with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
  • Google Search Console gives us reports about how the Site appears in Google search results. It does not place cookies on your device through our Site.
  • Dub records clicks on our short links so we can see which links and campaigns work.
  • UTM parameters are tags in the links themselves that tell us where a visit came from.
  • Meta pixel and ads (if used). The Meta pixel is a small piece of code that tells Meta when you visit pages or take actions on the Site, so we can measure our ads and show ads to people who visited the Site or who are similar to them. You can adjust your ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you do, some parts of the Site may not work as intended.

6. "Selling" and "sharing" under California law

California law uses the words "sell" and "share" in broad ways:

  • "Sell" can include giving personal information to another company in exchange for money or other value.
  • "Share" means giving personal information to another company for cross-context behavioral advertising — that is, ads targeted to you based on your activity across different websites and apps.

Here is how that applies to us:

  • Advertising pixels and some analytics. If we use the Meta pixel or similar advertising tools, the information they collect (such as your device identifiers, IP address, and pages viewed) may count as "sharing," and possibly "selling," under California law. Some uses of analytics data, such as Google Analytics when linked to advertising features, can also count as "sharing."
  • Lender introductions. We share your inquiry details with lenders only when you ask us to make an introduction. Because you are directing us to share your information with those lenders, we do not treat it as a "sale." Still, we want you to know plainly that lenders may pay us a fee when an introduction or referral works out.
  • We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.

You can opt out of the selling or sharing of your personal information at any time. See Section 7.

7. Your California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (together, "CCPA"), gives you the following rights:

  • Right to know. You can ask us what personal information we have collected about you, where we got it, why we collected it, and who we shared it with, and you can ask for a copy of the specific pieces of personal information we have about you.
  • Right to delete. You can ask us to delete personal information we collected from you, subject to some legal exceptions (for example, if we need to keep it to complete a transaction, comply with the law, or prevent fraud).
  • Right to correct. You can ask us to correct personal information about you that is inaccurate.
  • Right to opt out of sale or sharing. You can tell us not to sell or share your personal information, including for cross-context behavioral advertising.
  • Right to limit use of sensitive personal information. We do not ask for or use sensitive personal information (such as Social Security numbers or financial account numbers) for purposes that would give rise to this right. Please do not send it to us.
  • Right to non-discrimination. We will not treat you differently, deny you service, or charge you a different price because you used any of your privacy rights.

How to make a request

  • To request to know, delete, or correct: email johnny@johnnyfunds.cash with the subject line "California Privacy Request." Tell us which right you want to use and include your name and the email address or phone number you used with us.
  • To opt out of sale or sharing: email johnny@johnnyfunds.cash with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information," or turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser (see Section 8). You can also limit ad tracking by blocking third-party cookies in your browser and adjusting your ad settings on Meta and Google.
  • You can also write to us at Johnny Funds LLC, 2828 Cochran Street #359, Simi Valley, CA 93065.

Verification. To protect your information, we will need to confirm your identity before we act on a request to know, delete, or correct. We will usually do this by matching the details you give us with the information we already have, and we may ask you to reply from the email address you used with us. We do not need to verify opt-out requests.

Authorized agents. You may have someone else make a request for you. We may ask for proof that you gave them signed permission, and we may ask you to confirm your identity directly with us.

Timing. We will confirm that we received your request within 10 business days and respond within 45 calendar days. If we need more time (up to another 45 days), we will tell you why.

"Shine the Light"

California Civil Code Section 1798.83 lets California residents ask for information about personal information we have disclosed to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes. To make this request, email us at the address above.

8. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

  • Global Privacy Control (GPC). GPC is a browser setting or extension that tells websites you want to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. We treat a GPC signal as a valid request to opt out of sale and sharing for the browser or device that sends it. If you are known to us (for example, you have submitted an inquiry), we will also apply the opt-out to your account where we can. You can learn more at globalprivacycontrol.org.
  • Do Not Track (DNT). Some browsers send "Do Not Track" signals. There is no common industry standard for how websites should respond to DNT, so the Site does not currently respond to DNT signals. We do honor GPC as described above.

9. Email marketing and how to unsubscribe

If you join our email list, we will send you emails about funding options, updates, and related content. We follow the federal CAN-SPAM Act:

  • Every marketing email will include our mailing address and a clear unsubscribe link.
  • You can also unsubscribe at any time by emailing johnny@johnnyfunds.cash with "Unsubscribe" in the subject line.
  • We will process your request promptly, and within 10 business days.

Even after you unsubscribe from marketing emails, we may still send you non-marketing messages, such as replies to an inquiry you made.

10. How long we keep information

We keep personal information only as long as we reasonably need it for the purposes in this policy, including to follow up on your inquiry, track and confirm referral fees with partners, keep business and tax records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. In general:

  • Inquiry form submissions and related emails: up to 3 years after our last contact with you, unless a longer period is needed for tax, legal, or referral-fee records.
  • Email list information: for as long as you stay subscribed. After you unsubscribe, we keep your email address on a suppression list so we do not email you again.
  • Analytics and link-click data: for the retention periods set in our analytics and link-tracking tools, generally no longer than 14 months for Google Analytics data.

When we no longer need personal information, we delete it or make it anonymous.

11. How we protect information

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. For example, the Site uses encrypted connections (HTTPS), and we rely on established service providers for hosting, forms, and email, and limit who can access inquiry information.

No website, internet transmission, or storage system is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe your information has been put at risk, please contact us right away.

12. Children's privacy

The Site is meant for adults looking for business or private funding. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it. If you believe a child has given us personal information, please contact us at johnny@johnnyfunds.cash.

13. Third-party websites and social media

The Site links to websites we do not control, including partner lenders' sites and social media platforms. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those sites. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and we encourage you to read them. When you interact with us on social media, the platform's privacy policy also applies.

14. Where we operate

Johnny Funds is based in California, and the Site is intended for visitors in the United States. Our service providers may store and process information in the United States and other countries.

15. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and change the effective date at the top. If we make material changes, we may also let you know by email (if we have your email address) or by a notice on the Site. Using the Site after an update means the updated policy applies going forward.
